The Helsi Ice Plunge does not require fixed plumbing. It features a fill valve and a drain valve, both compatible with universal hose connectors in standard sizes of 1”, 3/4”, and 1/2”, making it easy to fill or drain the tub using a hose. The design also allows for a permanent connection to mains water and drainage if preferred. We recommend that this work be carried out by a licensed plumber. 

When filling the unit, ensure it is not plugged in or turned on until the inlet hole is fully submerged in water to prevent damage to the pump.
