How long is shipping of the Ice Plunge?Updated 2 months ago

Once your Ice Plunge has been crated and prepared for shipping, you will receive a Dispatch notification from our Warehouse. On receipt of that notification shipping generally takes 5-10 business days for metro areas across Australia. For New Zealand customers your large items will be sent by Sea freight from Australia. Please allow an extra 6 weeks for this process ontop of our normal dispatch time frame.
