What can I expect from my first Helsi One session?Updated 2 months ago

Just like every individual is unique, so too is your sauna session, and that principle is the same for infrared products. We recommend starting on a low temperature for a shorter period of time—roughly 15-20 mins on a low setting (3-4)—and then seeing how you feel throughout the rest of the day. 

As time goes on, you will naturally be able to increase your temperature and duration. Just remember that even the most seasoned sauna goer can have off days when the body does not tolerate heat. Listen to your body and know that it is okay to take a break and have shorter sessions.

It is important to always follow the advice of your medical and health professionals and listen to your body’s needs. Everybody will have different requirements and ways of using the Helsi One infrared dome sauna, and in time, you will find your optimum usage to suit your body and health needs.
