Order cancellation will depend on where your order is at in our Dispatch process.
Please email your cancellation request to our team at [email protected] as soon as possible, making sure you use the words 'Cancellation request' in your email title.
If we’re able to make it happen, you will receive confirmation of your cancellation as soon as it has been actioned and we may also reach out for your feedback.
If you have already received a Dispatch notification email or text, your order may already have left our warehouse and therefore will need to be handled as a return. If this is the case we will be in touch to discuss alternative handling and our return policy.
