What is your cancellation policy?
Prior to Dispatch your order may be cancelled at any time. Once your order has left our warehouse cancellation is no longer possible and you will need to lodge a return request as an alternative.
How do I cancel my order?
Order cancellation will depend on where your order is at in our Dispatch process. Please email your cancellation request to our team at [email protected] as soon as possible, making sure you use the words 'Cancellation request' in your email title.

All Helsi products are proudly designed in Australia and manufactured in our factory in China.
